Exchange and Return Procedure

For hygienic reasons, we do not offer exchanges on personalized letter designs, earrings and piercings. We have an exchange option for other product groups.

The product you want to exchange must be unused and original. You can send us the product you want to exchange and receive in return via e-mail or message.

For custom made products from buyers, if the measurements given during purchase are incorrect, an additional fee may be charged when the product is remade. We kindly ask you to provide your measurements correctly. The shipping fee for changes belongs to the buyer.

Since our products are specially designed and manufactured, unfortunately we do not have a return option. If any damage is detected in the purchased product, the damaged product will be taken back and your order will be re-produced.
